Dania DePas, MA, is a dedicated fitness enthusiast with a passion for promoting health and wellness. As an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, she brings her expertise to her signature Well & Wonder strength-based class, "Fit and Functional: A Barefoot Bootcamp," where she inspires individuals to achieve their fitness goals through dynamic, functional workouts. In addition to group classes, Dania offers personalized 1:1 training sessions, tailoring workouts to individual needs and goals. She also promotes the power of plant-based nutrition for increased energy and faster recovery and has been following a compassionate, healthy vegan diet for more than 25 years! 

With a Master's in Health Communication, Dania combines her knowledge and passion to effectively communicate the importance of a healthy lifestyle. She is the Vice President of Communications at the nonprofit Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, where she leads the charge in promoting a plant-based diet for disease prevention and protects animals from medical testing, training, and research.

When she's not guiding clients towards their fitness goals, you can find her exploring the scenic Capitol Crescent Trail and C&O towpath, or on the tennis court.
