Stephanie Rosenblatt

Stephanie’s journey into yoga and meditation began in 2005 when she first stepped onto the mat.  She has studied many different styles of yoga over the years including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Kundalini. Stephanie has studied in India, where she completed her yoga teacher training and she has practiced with teachers from all over the world. Stephanie is committed to a daily yoga and meditation practice, and has experienced the powerful shifts that come with such a deep commitment.

 

Stephanie’s classes include the technical precision of Iyengar yoga, with an emphasis on the therapeutic aspects of proper alignment. Her classes will have you work up a sweat as you flow through postures, as well as open you up to new possibilities with kundalini kriyas, mantras and meditations.
