Rachel loves everything about yoga, including the way it brings people peace, enables people to connect with and strengthen their bodies, and builds community. She has been practicing for over 15 years and completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher training with Mimi Rieger Yoga in 2022.
When you leave Rachel’s class, you will feel sweaty, but calm. You might even feel like you have flowed away some of what you needed to release and replaced it with some grace, confidence and joy.
Rachel enjoys gives precise cuing and hands on assists to help ensure the alignment and safety of your poses.
She looks forward to greeting you in the studio, welcoming you to the community and helping you give full expression to who you are as a yogi.
