Join us for this special 3 part wellness experience with Kim Groark.
We will start with somatic flow: Kim will guide us through slow, grounding movements to enhance presence and energy flow.
We'll transition to Yin Yoga: Holding poses with props to release tension in fascia, promoting deep relaxation and balance.
