Jen's classes embody creative flow & mindful movement, while also closely attending to anatomy, alignment & breath. She is attentive to providing alternatives & modifications to support her students and their myriad needs, providing students the opportunity to connect with their bodies & find joy in the poses and the transitions. This class is geared toward more experienced yogis, as more advanced poses are explored.
