The focus of this class is to restore the body and heal the mind through movement, breath and healing assists. It is equal parts gentle and supportive, yet powerful and healing. We will tap into the physical and energetic aspects of our practice to encourage release as we work through the layers of tension and resistance we hold within our bodies and minds. Areas of focus will include functional movement, deep stretching, mindful meditation, and generous use of props and hands-on assists.
