Using alignment, props and any necessary modifications, this class will focus on mindful movement increasing stability and improving range of motion.

Moving through different flow sequences at a moderate rate we will be able to target tight and weak areas to improve strength and flexibility.

This class is perfect for injury recovery, beginners, athletes or simply learning more about how to

adjust your body in yoga to gain the most benefit.
