Come join Robert Sherman for ALL six weeks of classes every Sunday morning at 10 AM. Each class will use a combination of movement therapy, yoga, core activation, reactive training, balance, breathwork, resistance, and flexibility. You will experience immediate results and develop a mindset to create the changes needed to move well, feel great, improve performance, and enhance an overall sense of well-being and strength.
